Terms and Conditions of Klook Promotion Offer “Offer”:
  1. The Offer is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank” and “our”). The promotion period of the Program is from September 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers who successfully registered as a member of Klook via Klook official website (https://www.klook.com) or Klook mobile application, can enjoy the following offers (collectively the “Offers”):
    1. Cardmembers can enjoy HK$50 instant discount (“HK$50 Offer”) upon single net spending of HK$500 or above at Klook official website (https://www.klook.com) or Klook mobile application when booking with designated promo code “CCBA2550” and settling payment with an Eligible Card.
    2. Cardmembers can enjoy HK$180 instant discount (“HK$180 Offer”) upon single net spending of HK$1,500 or above at Klook official website (https://www.klook.com) or Klook mobile application when booking with designated promo code “CCBA25180” and settling payment with an Eligible Card.
  3. Klook’s official website and mobile application have been set up in Hong Kong, and its product prices can be converted into different currencies. Payment in some currencies may include service charges and / or handling fees if the transaction is not settled in Hong Kong dollars. Please contact Klook for any queries.
  4. In each transaction, Cardmember can only apply one designated promo code. Cardmember can use each designated promo code (i.e. “CCBA2550” and “CCBA25180”) once only per phase during the Promotion Period. During the Promotion Period, Cardmember can enjoy up to HK$230 instant discount (i.e. HK$50 instant discount + HK$180 instant discount) per phase; Cardmember can enjoy up to HK$460 instant discount (i.e. HK$230 instant discount + HK$230 instant discount) for the whole Promotion Period.
  5. Quota apply for HK$50 Offer and HK$180 Offer respectively. Quotas will be released at 00:00 am on the first day of each phase, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while quotas last. The details and quotas of each phase are as follows:

    If quota of that phase is full, the Offer in that phase will be ended, and the designated promo code will be temporarily invalid until the next phase begins. There will not be any prior notice if the quota of each phase is full. The quotas are calculated based on the computer record of Klook.

  6. The following types of transactions shall not fall under the scope of Eligible Transaction: A) Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; B) transactions made via any third party or e-Wallet payment methods (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay, WeChat Pay HK, WeChat Pay, PayPal, Payme etc.); C) all unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorised transactions; D) any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  7. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promo code, cash vouchers or discounts.
  8. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts, services, other products, or discounts, and is not transferable.
  9. The Offers are not applicable to Universal Studio Japan, Japan Rail Pass, and designated activities as specified by Klook from time to time. For details, please refer to Klook’s official website or mobile application.
  10. The Offer is only applicable to the Cardmembers whose eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the Bank and Klook during the Promotion Period. Any cancelled, refunded, falsified and unposted transactions are not counted as eligible transactions. In case of such transactions, the Offer will be cancelled together with those transactions. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offer by any person (as determined by the Bank and Klook at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offer. The Bank and/or Klook reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately by a customer directly from any of the relevant Cardmember’s Eligible Credit Card without prior notice.
  11. The Bank and/or Klook shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  12. By participating in this promotion, the Cardmember acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  13. The Bank and Klook reserve the right to suspend, delay and stop this Offer and modify any of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion, without any prior notice or liability.
  14. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and Klook shall be final and binding.
  15. The Bank shall not act as or assume any liability of a product or service. Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between Klook and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to the Bank.
Terms and Conditions of Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):
  1. Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to Cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
  2. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
  4. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  5. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  6. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to us.
  7. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  8. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  9. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
