Terms and Conditions of Trip.com Limited-Time Offer (“Promotion”):
  1. The Promotion is only available for cardmembers (“Cardmembers” and “you”) of CCB (Asia) credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank” and “our”).
  2. The promotion period is from November 27, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers must login as a member of Trip.com, and meet the designated spending requirement upon booking designated products (“Eligible Booking”) via Trip.com Hong Kong webpage or Trip.com mobile application (Hong Kong version 7.5 or above) (“Trip.com Platform”) with Eligible Cards and apply designated promo code (“Promo Code”) at checkout to enjoy the following offers (the “Offers”):
    1. Offer 1: Enjoy HK$250 Instant Discount on Economy Class flight booking (excluding taxes and surcharges) upon a single net fare spending of HK$2,000 or above with Promo Code “CCBA250EC”.
    2. Offer 2: Enjoy HK$400 Instant Discount on Business Class flight booking (excluding taxes and surcharges) upon a single net fare spending of HK$8,000 or above with Promo Code “CCBA400BC”.
    3. Offer 3: Enjoy HK$300 Instant Discount on Flight+Hotel Package upon a single spending of HK$5,000 or above with Promo Code “CCBAFH300”.
  4. Quota apply for each offer respectively. Quotas will be released on a weekly basis and there is a total of 5 weeks during the Promotion Period. The quotas are calculated based on the computer record of Trip.com.
  5. The weekly quota of Offer 1 is 480 and with total quota of 2,400 during the Promotion Period; the weekly quota of Offer 2 is 50 and with total quota of 250 during the Promotion Period; the weekly quota of Offer 3 is 50 and with total quota of 250 during the Promotion Period.
  6. In each transaction, Cardmembers can only apply one Promo Code. Each Trip.com member can use each Promo Code once during the Promotion Period.
  7. The Bank and Trip.com reserve the right to change from time to time without prior notice.
  8. Cardmembers must fully settle the payment in Hong Kong Dollar with Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers. The Offers are not applicable to any payment via eWallet or third-party mobile payment applications /platform, including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, WeChat Pay, Alipay CN, WeChat Pay, PayPal, Payme.
  9. The Bank and Trip.com do not accept any liability should a Cardmember fails to input the Promo Code or fails to login as a Trip.com member when checking out, which is deemed to be the Cardmember’s forfeiture of the Offers for the relevant check-out.
  10. Offers are not applicable to third party promotional channels.
  11. If the weekly quota for an Offer has been used up in that week, an Cardmember will not be able to enjoy the Offer in that week.
  12. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers shall not be used with any other discount, promotional offer and discounted products/activities/Trip Coins. There is no cash value on the Offers, and it shall not be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts and is non-transferrable.
  13. Cancellation or change of schedule of flight/flight+hotel package product bookings has to be arranged via Trip.com’s customer service team (unless specified otherwise) and is subject to the terms and conditions of respective flight/flight+ hotel purchased of airlines/suppliers. The Eligible Booking which has been made but is then modified will lose its eligibility for an offer and the Promo Code used for the Offer will become ineffective. A Cardmember must cancel the original Eligible Booking and rebook in order to enjoy an Offer again (subject to availability). There is no guarantee that a Cardmember may be able to enjoy any of the Offers again if the quota has been used up at the time they rebook the product.
  14. The Offers are further subject to specific terms and conditions of the Bank and Trip.com. For details, please contact Trip.com.
  15. The Bank and Trip.com reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or change all or any part of the Offers and any transactions/bookings/orders using the Offer at any time without notice or compensation to the Cardmember if the Bank or Trip.com reasonably believe that the use of the Offer is illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise unlawful, including but not limited to, registering or making a transaction/booking/order with malicious intent, cheating by taking advantage of holes or deficiencies in any software, programs or plug-in programs, reselling, scalping, fictitious trading and other activities that violate the terms of activities and the principle of fairness. In the event of any dispute, the Bank and Trip.com reserve all rights of final interpretation and decision.
  16. The Bank and Trip.com shall not be liable for any Offer that is expired, invalid, cancelled, fully used, unavailable or unavailable due to technical issues, and will not offer compensation in any form or any set off against or deduction from any other purchases.
  17. The Bank and Trip.com reserve the right to pursue legal action in respect of any matter including in case of any illegal and abusive use of offer.
  18. The usability of the Offers depends on the availability and inventory supply of the products that the Offers relate to. In case of any changes, there will be no prior notice on it.
  19. The Offers are only applicable to the Cardmembers whose eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the Bank and Trip.com during the Promotion Period. Any cancelled, refunded, falsified and unposted transactions are not counted as eligible transactions. In case of such transactions, the Offers will be cancelled together with those transactions. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offer by any person (as determined by the Bank and Trip.com at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offer. The Bank and Trip.com reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately by a customer directly from any of the relevant Cardmember’s Eligible Credit Card without prior notice.
  20. The Bank and Trip.com shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  21. By participating in this promotion, the Cardmember acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  22. The Bank and Trip.com reserve the right to suspend, delay and stop the Offers and modify any of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion, without any prior notice or liability.
  23. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and Trip.com shall be final and binding.
  24. The Bank shall not act as or assume any liability of a product or service. Any claim, complaint, or dispute concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between Trip.com and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his/her, payment or other obligations to the Bank.
  25. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions of Merchant Promotion Program (“Program”):
  1. Unless otherwise specified, this Program is only applicable for the Credit Card(s) (except Business Card) (“Eligible Card(s)”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (the “Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and is only applicable to Cardmembers of the Bank’s issued Cards (“Cardmember”, “you”) during the promotion period stated in our promotional material.
  2. To enjoy the offers set out in this promotional material (“Offers”), you need to settle the retail transactions with Eligible Card. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. The Offers are subject to availability. All pictures and information of the Offers are for reference only, please contact the relevant merchants for details.
  4. The Bank will not provide notice of non-availability or substitution.
  5. The products/services are provided by the relevant merchant(s), the Bank shall have no liability in any respect. The validity and use of any product or service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the supplier.
  6. The Bank shall not act as, or assume any liability of, a product/service supplier (or its agent).   7. The Bank, merchants and suppliers reserves the right to vary the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel the Program, at our discretion at any time without giving you prior notice.
  8. The Bank and the related merchant retain the final decision in any differences or disputes under the Program.
  9. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
