How can I trade through FortuneLink Mobile App?

You have to be a China Construction Bank (Asia) Online Banking customer with a Securities Trading account.

If you don't have an Online Banking Account, please sign up for the service now.
If you don't have an Securities Trading Account, you may click here to open a Securities Trading Account via Online Banking.

What devices does FortuneLink Mobile App support?

FortuneLink Mobile App supports iOS and Android devices

  • iOS 14.0 or above
  • Android 8.0 or above

In order to protect your online security, the Mobile App will not run on any devices which are "jailbroken" (iOS) or "rooted" (Android). The Bank shall not be responsible for any problems or loss suffered by you if you attempt to use the Mobile App on such devices.

How to download FortuneLink Mobile App?

You can download FortuneLink Mobile App from App Store or Google Play. You can also download the Android application package from CCB (Asia) website. For details, please click here.

How to install FortuneLink Mobile App?

FortuneLink Mobile App can be installed directly on your phone after you downloaded FortuneLink Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play. If you download the Android application package from CCB (Asia) website, you can follow these steps to install it:
i. Go to Settings→Security, then tick "Unknown sources".
ii. Save the downloaded apk file to the device, or download the apk file from our website directly.
iii.Use file explorer (e.g. My Files) to open and install the apk file.

How to log on to FortuneLink Mobile App?

You can log on to FortuneLink Mobile App with your existing Online Banking username and password.

Why do I need to enter a Verification Code to log on to FortuneLink Mobile App?

After the failure of first logon attempt, the verification code is used to protect your online security. For more information on the verification code, please click here.

Why do I need to enter One-Time Password for identity verification to log on to FortuneLink Mobile App?

In order to strengthen the security of our Online Securities Trading Services, other than the Username and Password, you are also required to enter SMS One-Time Password as verification to log on to FortuneLink Mobile App.

What are the differences of market information available before and after logon?

Before you log on, you can view various market information.

  • Delayed Stock Quote (***For the customers who subscribed to the Streaming Quote Service, they can still use the Streaming Quote Service after logging off.)

Can I view/amend/cancel the orders placed through other channels via FortuneLink Mobile App?

Yes. You can also view/amend/cancel the orders placed through other channels via FortuneLink Mobile App. For SSE securities, you can view the orders but cannot amend or cancel the orders placed through other channels via FortuneLink Mobile App.

I have subscribed streaming quote for Hong Kong stocks service in FortuneLink Mobile App, can I view streaming quote in other online channels such as Online Banking and HK Securities Trading Application?

No, FortuneLink Mobile App streaming quote for Hong Kong stocks service can be used in FortuneLink Mobile App only. It cannot be shared among other online channels such as Online Banking and HK Securities Trading Application. To subscribe, you have to fill in the form and return to our branches.

Can I view or edit the Stock Watch set up through other channels via FortuneLink Mobile App?

You can only view or edit the Stock Watch set up through FortuneLink Mobile App. You cannot view or edit the Stock Watch set up through other channels (e.g. online banking etc).

Are the transaction fees for trading via FortuneLink Mobile App the same as those of Online Channels?

The transaction fees for trading via FortuneLink Mobile App are the same as those of Online Channels such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, StocksLink Mobile App and HK Securities Trading Application.

Can I log on to Online Banking/Mobile Banking/HK Securities Trading Application/StocksLink and FortuneLink Mobile App at the same time?

To protect your online security, you cannot log on to Online Banking/Mobile Banking/HK Securities Trading Application/StocksLink and FortuneLink Mobile App at the same time.

What kinds of information are available in the push notification service?

Push notification is a service provided to customers to receive notifications such as Bank Announcement, Latest Update, IPO Subscription, Price Alert, Personalized News, etc through FortuneLink Mobile App.

How do I activate/deactivate the push notification service?

Customers need to activate / deactivate the Price Alert and Personalized News Notifications in “Account” > "Setting” and then tap the icon on top right of the page to access > “Notification” page. If you do not wish to receive any push notification, you may turn off the push notifications services on your device. We will ask for your consent before we send you push notifications. You may withdraw this consent at any time by turning off the push notification services on your device.

I am not a CCB (Asia) online personal banking / online securities customer, can I use Trial trading?

Trial trading is a service that simulates real stock trading. On the simulated trading page, customers can view the profit and loss status of the simulated account, the stocks held, and historical transaction records. Customers do not need to be the holder of Online Banking Account or Securities Account to use the full functions of Trial trading.
