• The offer above is only applicable for selected overseas employees of China’s State-Owned Enterprises who working in Hong Kong apply for Personal Loan.

The Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
• 7-day Cooling-off Period
  1. Borrower who successfully apply and drawdown the loan may apply early repay the loan in full within 7 calendar days of the drawdown date ("7-day Cooling-off Period").
  2. Any application for early repayment of the loan within the 7-day Cooling-off Period must be made by Borrower within 7 calendar days of the drawdown date, contact the Bank's hotline 3179 5501 to request early repayment of the loan and visit the Bank's branches in person to settle the Principal Loan amount in full.
  3. If the Borrower repay the loan in full within 7-day Cooling-off period, the Bank may waive the handling fee, interest and Prepayment / Early Settlement Fee/ Redemption Fee under the relevant loan.

Application Requirement

• be aged 21 or above and an employee of selected China’s State-owned Enterprise working in Hong Kong

• have remaining working period in Hong Kong of at least 6 months*

• have been at least one year with the same employer or 18 months in the same field

• have a monthly salary of HK$30,000 or above

Document Requirement

• Hong Kong Identity Card

• Chinese Identity Card*

• Exit/Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau (related page(s) of personal and employment information in Hong Kong)*

• Hong Kong’s residential address proof issued within latest 3 months

• Latest Salaries Tax Employer’s Return/Tax Bill in Hong Kong

• The most recent 3 months’ payroll slips/payroll account records or employer’s salary confirmation letter

• Latest employment contract and a confirmation letter issued by Human Resources supporting the working period in Hong Kong*

• Any other document (upon request)
