Who can use the ATM Interbank Funds Transfer service?

Customers holding our ATM Card and Debit Card can use Interbank Funds Transfer service.

How do I know which ATM has Interbank Funds Transfer service?

You can transfer funds to other Macau Jetco member banks via ATM with logo.

Is there any limit for ATM Interbank Funds Transfer service?

Daily maximum limit is HKD10, 000* or equivalent which is shared with ATM cash withdrawal and intrabank funds transfer service.

^* Daily maximum limit for Premier Banking Dual Currency Debit card is HKD20,000 or equivalent.

Is there any service charge for Interbank Funds Transfer?

Service fee of HKD5 per transaction will be charged to customers who transfer funds from the Bank to other banks. There is no service fee for receiving fund from other banks.

What currency is allowed for Interbank Funds Transfer?

It is applicable to MOP and HKD.

When can I receive the funds transferred from other banks?

Funds transferred from other banks will be reflected in the available balance of customer account immediately. However, customer can only use the funds after settlement between the bank and Jetco at night. Under normal circumstances, funds transferred from other banks before 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday can be used after 2 p.m. on the next business day. Fund transfer after 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday can be used after 2 p.m. on the business day after tomorrow. The bank will reverse the transaction on the same day as the funds transfer is performed if it is cancelled by the cardholder's bank for special reasons.

Is Interbank Funds Transfer applicable only to same-currency transfer?

No. If the currency of the transferred funds is different from the currency of China Construction Bank Macau Branch fund receiving account, the bank's exchange rate will be used. Currently, HKD, MOP, USD and HKD sub-account of the multi-currency savings account are available as our deposit account.

Note: HKD funds transfer is not applicable to customer without HKD savings account or HKD sub-account of the multi-currency savings account.

Is there any limit for bill payment via ATM?

The daily payment limit is HKD50, 000 or equivalent in MOP.

What currency (ies) can be used for paying bill?

You can pay the bill in MOP or HKD. Currency exchange between HKD and MOP may be needed, please refer to the following example:

You can select the“Bill Payment” or “Credit Card Payment” first , and then select the merchant or enter the merchant code directly.

Can I pay my bills of merchants in Hong Kong?

Cross border bill payment in Hong Kong is applicable only to credit card payment using HKD account as debit account.

Is there any cut-off time for the Bill Payment Service?

Yes, bill payment instruction completed after 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, on Saturday and public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
