Service Unavailability – Mobile Token and Biometric Credential Authentication Service on the Mobile Banking App

Starting from Saturday, 24 May 2025, we will be launching the new Mobile Token Service on the CCB (Asia) Business Mobile App. Due to system updates, the current Biometric Credential Authentication Service on the CCB (Asia) Business Mobile App will be suspended, pending for Customer’s set up of your Mobile Token.
